<p><strong>關係，好像還是停在原地。</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>也因此，諮商室裡常會出現這樣的疑問：</p>



<p><strong>「那個跟我吵架的人又沒來，</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>為什麼只有我要來諮商？」</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p><strong>「心理師，你是不是應該告訴他，</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>他才是該改變的人？」</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>這些話，並不自私。<br>它們說出了在關係裡反覆嘗試、卻始終無力的心情。</p>



<p>我願意努力，<br>卻感覺卡點一次次重來。<br>光靠說、分析、理解，<br>能改變的，似乎只有自己的一小部分。</p>



<p>於是，很多人會忍不住想問：</p>



<p><strong>有沒有一種方式，<br>能讓改變不只是被「想通」，<br>而是被真正「經驗到」？</strong></p>

<p><strong>🌿 </strong><strong>在毛蟲，我們讓改變被「演出」</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>在毛蟲藝術心理諮商所，<br>我們主要運用的一種諮商方式，<br><strong>心理劇（</strong><strong>Psychodrama</strong><strong>）。</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>心理劇是一種以「行動與經驗」為核心的治療方式。<br><strong>它不是表演，也不需要任何演技。</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>在安全的諮商室裡，<br>治療師會陪伴來談者，<br>透過角色扮演、對話或角色交換，<br>讓那些平常不敢說、壓抑在心裡或身體的感受，<br>慢慢地表達。</p>



<p>有時，只是位置的轉換，<br>或一句試著說出口的話，<br>就讓原本沒有察覺的情緒浮現。</p>



<p>很多人在角色交換後感覺到：</p>

<p><strong>「原來那個人在說這句話的時候，</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>是這樣感覺的啊！」</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>這並不是想法上的理解，<br>而是真實地去體會對方怎麼說、怎麼看之後，<br>真實感受到的體會。</p>



<p>心理劇的核心，不在於「演得像不像」，<br>而在於，<br><strong>一個人深刻地感受到</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p><strong>此時此刻的自己和他人的感覺</strong>。</p>

<p><strong>💫 </strong><strong>一場被照顧的冒險</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>我們常說，心理劇是一場「安全的冒險」。</p>



<p>安全，是因為治療師會全程陪伴，<br>協助來談者調節情緒，<br>不會讓任何人被推向強烈的情緒，<br>也不會評價誰對、誰錯。</p>



<p>而冒險，則是因為<br>重新靠近關係裡的傷與困境，<br>本來就需要勇氣。</p>



<p>相較於「只是談論」，<br>真實的說出對方的話語，會連結到更多身體感覺與情緒，<br>也因此，感受會更真實、更豐富。</p>



<p>這就是為什麼，<br>心理師需要很高度的專業，<br>因為過程中心理師隨時要視情況調整步伐。</p>

<p>👉 <strong>心理劇不是大哭一場就好，</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>而是讓情緒在能承受的情況下再次經歷。</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>重點不在情緒有多強烈，而在是否被妥善承接。</strong><strong></strong></p>

<p><strong>💛 </strong><strong>來毛蟲一定只能做心理劇嗎？</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>下列這些情況，可能相對適合用「行動」來體驗</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>已經理解很多道理，卻仍感覺卡住的人</strong></li>



<li><strong>在關係中反覆出現相同情緒與互動模式的人</strong></li>



<li><strong>想更深入理解自己與重要他人互動經驗的人</strong></li>
</ul>



<p>若來談者目前正處於高度脆弱或失序狀態，<br>我們也會先以穩定與支持為優先，<br>而不是急著進入行動性的探索。</p>



<p>在毛蟲，我們重視的不是「用什麼方法」，<br>而是<strong>此刻的你，需要什麼樣的陪伴。</strong><strong></strong></p>

<p><strong>🌱 </strong><strong>當改變開始發生</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>心理劇的創始人 Moreno 曾說：</p>



<p><strong>「我們不只是在小房間裡分析夢，</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>我們希望在人們的生活中，</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>重新給出作夢的勇氣。」</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>在毛蟲，我們運用心理劇，<br>不是為了讓人表現得更好，<br>而是讓人有機會重新經驗、重新理解、重新選擇。</p>



<p>因為有些改變，<br>光靠說，真的不夠。</p>



<p>而當你願意靠近那份真實的感受，<br>即使只是一小步，<br>生命也可能開始再次流動。</p>

<p>改變，從來不是被逼出來的。<br>它常常發生在一個很安靜的時刻，<br>當你心裡浮現一個念頭：</p>

<p>那份無力，往往不是因為不夠努力，</p>



<p>而是身體早已承受過多。</p>

<p>卻常被忽略的事</p>



<p>在無力之中，先讓自己穩下來。</p>

<p>那些說不出口、卻很真實的心聲</p>



<p>在網路上，我們常看見這樣的抱怨：</p>

<p><strong>「反正我的改變，他們都看不見！」</strong></p>



<p><strong>「他們也不可能改變，那還有什麼好說的？」</strong></p>



<p><strong>「我已經低聲下氣道歉了，他卻回我一句：</strong></p>



<p><strong>『看吧，早就跟你說過了。』</strong></p>



<p><strong>那一刻真的超～不～爽。」</strong></p>



<p>這些人不是不想修復關係，<br>而是在一次又一次嘗試之後，<br>開始懷疑一件事：</p>



<p><strong>「改變，真的有可能發生嗎？」</strong></p>

<p><strong>✨ </strong><strong>為什麼改變這麼難？</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p><strong>因為你已經掉出情緒的「容納之窗」</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>許多人在家庭或親密關係中卡住，<br>並不是不願意努力，<br>而是每一次試著改變，<br>換來的卻是更多挫折。</p>



<p>每一次爭吵或冷戰，<br>心裡其實都在吶喊：</p>



<p>「我也想讓關係變好，<br>但你就是聽不到、也聽不懂。」</p>

<p>在心理學裡，有一個很重要的概念叫</p>



<p>「情緒容納之窗（Window of Tolerance）」。</p>

<p>每個人都有一個能承受情緒起伏的範圍。<br>當我們待在這個範圍裡，<br>能思考、能感受，也能好好說話。</p>



<p>但當長期的衝突與壓力累積，<br>身體會被擠出這個「窗戶」之外，<br>神經系統開始自動接管。</p>



<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>



<p><strong>🔥 </strong><strong>過度激發（</strong><strong>Hyperarousal</strong><strong>）</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>你可能感到焦慮、憤怒、停不下來，<br>想反擊、想吼叫，<br>甚至說出事後後悔的話。</p>



<p><strong>❄️ </strong><strong>低度激發（</strong><strong>Hypoarousal</strong><strong>）</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>你可能感到麻木、無力、不想再說，<br>僵住、討好，<br>或在心裡反覆出現一句話：「算了。」</p>



<p>所以，當你在關係中一次次失控或抽離，<br>那並不是你脾氣差、太情緒化，<br>而是你的神經系統已經超載，<br>正在用它能想到的方式保護你。</p>

<p><strong>💔 </strong><strong>知道道理，卻還是好挫敗</strong><strong></strong></p>



<p>很多人其實很清楚這些理論。</p>



<p><strong>「我知道要冷靜、要用我訊息，<br>可是當下真的忍不住。」<br>「我想好好說話，<br>但對方一句話就讓我爆炸。」</strong></p>



<p>這不是意志力不夠，<br>而是身體仍被卡在過去的經驗裡。</p>



<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>



<p>也因此，有些人會對自己感到失望：<br><strong>「我試過了，但沒用。」</strong></p>



<p>因為在努力修復關係的同時，<br>他們其實也正在和自己的<strong>神經系統</strong>拔河。</p>



<p>久而久之，挫敗感會轉為自責，<br>甚至浮現更深層的憤怒：</p>



<p><strong>「為什麼總是我先改變？」<br>「明明受傷的是我，<br>為什麼最後是我要來諮商？」</strong></p>



<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>



<p>這樣的憤怒，是可以被理解的。</p>



<p>因為在關係裡受傷的人，<br>往往同時承受著<strong>兩種痛</strong>：</p>



<p>一種是<strong>被對方傷害的痛，<br></strong>另一種是<strong>為了維持關係，還得繼續撐下去的痛。</strong></p>

<p><strong>💢</strong><strong>第一步：練習「回到窗內」，而不是急著溝通</strong></p>



<p>當你能看見一件事：</p>



<p><strong>「挫敗不是軟弱，<br>而是身體已經用盡力氣、掉出窗外的訊號。」</strong></p>



<p>這本身，就是修復的起點。</p>



<p>在這裡，我們想特別澄清一件很重要的事：</p>



<p>👉 <strong>「先穩住自己」，不是要你忍耐、吞下去，<br>也不是要你放棄改變。</strong></p>



<p>而是在提醒你<br><strong>當神經系統還在超載狀態時，<br>任何溝通與改變，都很容易再次變成傷害。</strong></p>

<p>此時，我們能做的，是練習「自我調節」：</p>





<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>暫時離開現場</li>



<li>保持沉默</li>



<li>做幾次深呼吸</li>
</ul>



<p>這些行動不是逃避，<br>而是幫助神經系統降溫或解凍，<br>讓自己重新回到容納之窗裡。</p>



<p>唯有當身體穩定下來，<br>人才能重新擁有「選擇如何回應」的自由。</p>

<p>🌱諮商的作用：陪你慢慢擴大容納之窗</p>



<p>如果你發現自己最近：</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>一點小事就爆炸</li>



<li>或長時間感到心悶、無力、撐著</li>
</ul>



<p>請不要再一個人承受。</p>



<p>尋求心理諮商或身心科協助，<br>不是因為你有問題，<br>而是因為你需要被照顧。</p>



<p>諮商的過程，<br>往往就是在陪你<strong>慢慢擴大那個容納之窗</strong>。</p>
