<p><a></a>每天滑手機關注社群媒體、追劇、玩遊戲, 尋求與依賴立即的獎賞,使得人們的大腦過度依賴多巴胺的快感迴路, 而影響情緒與現實生活。</p>



<p>試試”多巴胺排毒”找回專注力，重新調整身心。讓大腦調整，減少對即時獎勵的依賴。</p>



<p>如何進行？</p>



<p>1. 設定排毒時間：從半小時、數小時到數天，依個人需求調整。</p>



<p>2. 排毒時關閉所有通知，遠離社交媒體、遊戲和網路購物。避免高刺激活動</p>



<p>3. 改參與低刺激活動：如散步、呼吸吐氣、冥想、閱讀與寫日記。</p>
